About Us

The author and creator of Righting The Ship... John

Welcome. My name is John and I am the creator of Righting The Ship.

Righting The Ship is a blog about how I live with Bipolar II Disorder. The experiences and impressions that I share are mine and, as such, may not reflect what you have experienced. Nonetheless, I do believe that by sharing my experiences with Bipolar II Disorder, as well as the insights and tips that I have accumulated to better manage this chronic illness, we can all benefit.

My hope is that this blog will educate and give you information about this illness and the helpful tools and therapies that I have discovered. They have helped me and might very well help you.
