We all know that there are thousands of wellness apps on the App and Play Stores. However, not all apps are created equal.
On this page, I’ll share with you the apps that help me. I’ll also share apps I’ve used in the past, and my impressions of apps that I’m looking at. Since I use Android, the apps I use come from the Play Store. I’ll do my best to let you know if they’re also in the App Store via an asterisk.
The Apps I Currently Use
Daylio*: I use this app daily to keep track of my moods and activities. I also use it as a gratitude journal and as a way to track successes. One of the best apps that I have.
BeSafe by mindyourmind*: an app that helps you create your own Safety Plan. It’s also a tremendous resource for finding help throughout Canada.
MyTherapy Pill Reminder*: a simple app to track my medications. Registering the app (which I have not done) enables online data storage.
